Michael B. Kramer

Michael is currently the COO/CFO of Desloge Home Oxygen & Medical Equipment. Desloge is a regional medical equipment provider that Michael acquired with partners in 2005. Prior to that, Michael was the COO/CFO for Walls Industries of Texas. Walls is a $100 million manufacturer/marketer of branded outdoor apparel. Michael led the recapitalization in 2001 and ultimate sale of Walls in 2004 to Brazos Equity Partners, a Dallas-based investment firm. From 1992-1996 Michael was the CFO of Super-Lube, Inc. and ultimately led the sale of the company's 80 fast oil change units. Michael spent 4 years with Arthur Andersen in Dallas working as a Manager in the business consulting services group and helped that division grow from a staff of 10 to 180 in four years.

Michael currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Red Elephant Pizza and as a director for several regional companies including Infinity Software, Titus Sports Academy, K3 Investments and Life-Time Solutions.

Michael holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin as well as two civil engineering degrees from The Georgia Institute of Technology.
